返品・交換の期限について
商品到着後、4日以内（到着日を含む）に返品・交換の申請をお願いします。
弊社より承諾メール送付後、4日以内（送付日を含む）の発送をお願いします。
例：）
4月1日に商品が到着した場合、4月4日までに info@becarre-official.com宛てに申請をお願いします。
4月5日に弊社より承諾メールを送付した場合、4月8日までに発送をお願いします（当日消印有効）。
商品が届き次第、ご返金または交換の処理を進めさせていただきます。
※商品到着日の基準は、運送会社の追跡履歴に準じます。
返品・交換をお受けできないケース
以下のいずれかに該当する場合は、初期不良やお客様都合に関わらず、一切の返品・交換をお受けできません。
- 期限の超過： 申請期限（4日以内）、または返送期限（手続き完了後4日以内）を過ぎている場合。
- 事前連絡なし： 事前の返品・交換申請を行わずに返送された場合。
- 使用済み： 使用済み、お直し、洗濯、クリーニングがされている商品（弊社基準で「未使用品」と判断できないもの）。
- 付属品の不備： 付属品、デメリットタグ、商品タグ、箱などがついていない、破損している、または発送時と異なる状態でついている場合。
- 状態の悪化： お届け後にキズ、破損、汚損が生じている商品（動物の毛、その他繊維、ホコリ、匂いの付着も含みます）。
- 化粧箱の破損： 商品の箱（靴箱や小物入れ等）に、直接配送伝票や梱包テープが貼られている場合（お届け時と同じ外装・梱包状態でご返送ください）。
- 転売目的： 転売目的の購入であると弊社が判断した場合。

Taxes and Duties
The prices of products are expressed in Japanese Yen excluding customs duties.
For international shipping, all applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately we cannot estimate how much duties you will pay so please contact to your local customs for the price estimate.
The duties may be charged upon reception of your purchase or invoiced afterwards.
The prices shown on the product page include tax in Japan.
If you order from a country other than Japan, we will charge you the product price and shipping fee.
Customs duties are excluded.

Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for items requested within 4 days of receipt.
Please note that due to monitor settings on computers or mobile devices, the colors of products may appear slightly different from the actual item. If you have any concerns regarding color or specifications, please contact us before placing your order.

If you return items via “Cash on Delivery” (freight collect) for customer-initiated returns, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Timeframe for Returns and Exchanges
Please adhere to the following two-step process:
1 Request Deadline: Please notify us at info@becarre-official.com within 4 days of the delivery date (including the date of receipt).
2 Return Shipping Deadline: Please ship the item back within 4 days (including the date of our confirmation email) after receiving our approval email (postmarked date is valid).
Example:
- Item delivered on April 1st: Please submit your request to us by April 4th.
- Approval email sent on April 5th: Please ship the item back by April 8th (postmarked date is valid).
The delivery date is based on the tracking history provided by the shipping carrier.
Non-Returnable Items
Regardless of whether the reason is a customer issue or a product defect, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:
- Expired Deadline: If the request or return shipping is made after the specified time limits.
- No Prior Notification: If the item is returned without prior approval from our customer service.
- Used/Modified: Items that have been used, altered, washed, or dry-cleaned.
- Missing Accessories: If original tags, instruction tags, boxes, or other accessories are missing, damaged, or not in the same condition as when received.
- Damaged/Soiled Condition: Items that have been scratched, damaged, or soiled after delivery (including the attachment of pet hair, lint, or odors).
- Damaged Original Packaging: If shipping labels or packing tape are applied directly to the product’s original packaging (e.g., shoe boxes). Please use the same outer packaging as when the item was delivered.
- Resale Intent: If we determine that the purchase was made for the purpose of resale.
