返品・交換の期限について
商品到着後、4日以内(到着日を含む)に返品・交換の申請をお願いします。
弊社より承諾メール送付後、4日以内(送付日を含む)の発送をお願いします。
例:)
4月1日に商品が到着した場合、4月4日までに info@becarre-official.com宛てに申請をお願いします。
4月5日に弊社より承諾メールを送付した場合、4月8日までに発送をお願いします(当日消印有効)。
商品が届き次第、ご返金または交換の処理を進めさせていただきます。
※商品到着日の基準は、運送会社の追跡履歴に準じます。

返品・交換をお受けできないケース
以下のいずれかに該当する場合は、初期不良やお客様都合に関わらず、一切の返品・交換をお受けできません。

  1. 期限の超過: 申請期限(4日以内)、または返送期限(手続き完了後4日以内)を過ぎている場合。
  2. 事前連絡なし: 事前の返品・交換申請を行わずに返送された場合。
  3. 使用済み: 使用済み、お直し、洗濯、クリーニングがされている商品(弊社基準で「未使用品」と判断できないもの)。
  4. 付属品の不備: 付属品、デメリットタグ、商品タグ、箱などがついていない、破損している、または発送時と異なる状態でついている場合。
  5. 状態の悪化: お届け後にキズ、破損、汚損が生じている商品(動物の毛、その他繊維、ホコリ、匂いの付着も含みます)。
  6. 化粧箱の破損: 商品の箱(靴箱や小物入れ等)に、直接配送伝票や梱包テープが貼られている場合(お届け時と同じ外装・梱包状態でご返送ください)。
  7. 転売目的: 転売目的の購入であると弊社が判断した場合。

Overseas (South Korea only)

1. All orders are shipped via EMS by SAGAWA EXPRESS. The shipping fee is a flat rate of 2,000 JPY (excluding customs duties).

2. Shipping of your purchase will be made within 1-5 business days upon the receipt of your order.

3. We do not offer gift wrapping services.

4. Delivery time is 3-5 days. This is provided as a guideline only. Please kindly note that delivery to rural addresses may result in longer delivery times.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, taxes, or delays due to customs and payment processes over which we have no control.

We may cancel your order due to international circumstances or logistics issues.

Size exchanges are possible if you are willing to pay the shipping fees for both ways.

Taxes and Duties

Product prices are expressed in Japanese Yen, excluding customs duties.

For international shipping, all applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the exact amount of duties you will pay, so please contact your local customs office for an estimate.

Duties may be charged upon the receipt of your purchase or invoiced afterwards.

The prices shown on the product pages include Japanese consumption tax. However, for orders from outside of Japan, you will be charged the product price (excluding tax) and the shipping fee. Customs duties are excluded.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges only if you contact us within 4 days of receiving your item. The specific conditions and fee structures are detailed below.

Procedure Window & Schedule Example

The return process consists of a two-step deadline: “Request within 4 days” and “Return ship within 4 days.”
The official arrival date is based strictly on the tracking history provided by the shipping carrier.

  • Step 1: Return/Exchange Request (Within 4 days including the delivery date)
  • Example: If your item arrives on April 1st, please email your request to info@becarre-official.com by April 4th.
  • Step 2: Return Shipping (Within 4 days including the approval date)
  • Example: If we send a return approval email on April 5th, please ship the item back to us by April 8th (Postmark valid on the deadline date).

Your refund or exchange will be processed as soon as the returned package is received and inspected.

Ineligible Items for Returns & Exchanges

We strictly cannot accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances if any of the following apply:

  1. Missed Deadlines: The request window (within 4 days of arrival) or the return shipping window (within 4 days of approval) has expired.
  2. No Prior Notification: The item was sent back without a prior return/exchange request via email.
  3. Used Items: The item shows signs of wear, alteration, washing, or dry-cleaning (or any condition where the item cannot be deemed “brand new” by our standards).
  4. Missing Accessories/Tags: Product tags, caution/instruction labels, accessories, or branded boxes are missing, detached, damaged, or altered from their original shipping state.
  5. Damage/Soil After Delivery: The item has incurred scratches, damage, or stains after delivery (this includes the attachment of pet hair, external fibers, dust, or lingering odors).
  6. Damaged Branded Boxes: Shipping labels or packaging tape have been attached directly to the product’s branded box (e.g., shoe boxes, accessory cases). Items must be sent back using the exact same outer packaging and packing state as they were delivered.
  7. Resale Purposes: We determine, at our sole discretion, that the purchase was made for resale purposes.
