・サイズ交換をご希望の場合は在庫のご用意が可能な場合に限り、交換を承ります。

なお、返品・交換をお受けできる条件は下記の通りです。
・商品到着後7日以内
・未使用、未洗濯、あるいは室内での試着のみ
・タグ等の付属品完備（タグを商品から切り離した場合、返品・交換をお受けできませんのでご注意ください）
・商品や外装の状態が、お届け時と大きく変化が無い
・値下げ、セール品ではない商品
・サイズ交換のみ、往復送料をお客様ご負担とさせていただきます。
・商品に不備がない限り返品はお受け致しかねます。ご了承ください。
・パソコンや携帯端末での閲覧という特性上、商品の画像が実際の色目と多少異なる場合が有りますがご了承ください。色などについて詳しく知りたい方はご購入前にお問い合わせください。
Overseas (South Korea only)
1. All orders are shipped via EMS by SAGAWA EXPRESS. The shipping fee is a flat rate of 2,000 JPY (excluding customs duties).
2. Shipping of your purchase will be made within 1-5 business days upon the receipt of your order.
3. We do not offer gift wrapping services.
4. Delivery time is 3-5 days. This is provided as a guideline only. Please kindly note that delivery to rural addresses may result in longer delivery times.
Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any actions, costs, taxes, or delays due to customs and payment processes over which we have no control.
We may cancel your order due to international circumstances or logistics issues.
Size exchanges are possible if you are willing to pay the shipping fees for both ways.

Taxes and Duties
Product prices are expressed in Japanese Yen, excluding customs duties.
For international shipping, all applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we cannot estimate the exact amount of duties you will pay, so please contact your local customs office for an estimate.
Duties may be charged upon the receipt of your purchase or invoiced afterwards.
The prices shown on the product pages include Japanese consumption tax. However, for orders from outside of Japan, you will be charged the product price (excluding tax) and the shipping fee. Customs duties are excluded.

Returns Policy
BECARRE has a 7-day return policy for defective products. Any claim regarding the product(s) must be submitted within 7 days following the receipt of the product(s). Items must be returned in their original condition (including packaging, accessories, tags, etc.). The customer must contact customer service in advance via email at info@becarre-official.com to obtain further instructions.
Returns and exchanges shall be accepted only under the following conditions. BECARRE does not accept returns or exchanges unless the product has an initial defect.
Please be aware that due to lighting, viewing conditions, or device settings, product images may slightly differ from the actual products.

1. The claim must be made within 7 days of the arrival of the product(s).
2. All items must be tried on indoors only. For shoes, we recommend trying them on a carpeted surface until you decide to keep them.
3. Please ensure all products are returned exactly as you received them, with tags, interior wrapping papers, and seals still attached.
4. All products that come in their own box (including but not limited to shoes and accessories) must be returned in their original, undamaged box, as the packaging is considered part of the product.
5. We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sale items.
